The Wandering Library

TWL is a mobile zine library and community publishing resource that travels to events locations to showcase D.I.Y alternative independent zines and handmade publications as well as facilitating zine making through workshops.

Launched in August 2024, the aim of the library is to create a platform for showcasing the amazing DIY publishing community without the need for a bricks and mortar building. The library wanders from place to place allowing people to experience zines outside of the established reading setting. It acts as a space for conversation discovery and creating, sparking project ideas and encouraging authorships, play and collaborations.
