Entrances

IWF Main Entrance (Regent Road)

  • 8 steps from street level
  • Handrail available

Step-Free Entrance

  • Located on Regent Street via Make’s Blue Gates

Kapsule (IWF Basement)

  • Accessible only via 9 steps from street level
  • Handrails available

Quarry – Closing Party Venue
Sunday 24 May, 10:30pm–3am

  • Accessible only via 18 steps from street level
  • Handrail available

Unfortunately, Kapsule and Quarry are not wheelchair accessible.

 

Accessible toilets are located at Make and IWF.
Please ask a member of IWF staff if you need the code for the IWF toilet. The accessible toilet at Make will be open as it is also a toilet for studio memes of Make.

Baby-changing Facilities are also available in Make

 

Viewing areas in both IWF and Make are situated in front of the stage to the right, sectioned off by some ped barrier. Seating will be available in these areas and space for wheelchairs. We do not have raised viewing platforms.

 

Additional Seating for people with fatigue, chronic pain, mobility issues or other reasons that mean they may require seating will be available at all locations. Please ask a member of staff to assist you if needed.

 

Quieter Space are available on site at Riccardo’s Cafe at Make and on the mezzanine at IWF. Neither of these spaces will be silent but it will be a space to avoid crowds and not be in direct line of any PA systems.
Capacity may vary during busy periods.

 

Lower Bar Access will be an option at one of IWF’s bars

 

PA tickets if you require a PA ticket please email us and let us know. PA ticket holders must arrive with the person they are accompanying. We may request supporting information where appropriate.

We permit medication, medical equipment and mobility aids please email us if you have any questions. This includes assistance dogs.

Sensory information

There will be

  • strobe lighting
  • flashing lights
  • smoke/haze 
  • particularly loud environments
  • crowded environments

Free ear protection will be available at the bars.

Please note: there is no subtitling, BSL interpretation or induction loop / hearing assistance at this event

Travel Information

There is an accessible parking bay just by our step free entrance and lay bys for drop offs at our Main Entrance. The nearest train stations are Moorfields or Sandhills and they are a 5 min taxi ride away or a 20-25 minute walk away.
